List of Essential Job Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily bar opening and closing activities.
• Ensure bar is fully stocked with essentials items including but not limited to ice, spirits, wine, beer, dry hand towels, napkins, straws, glassware and garnishes.
• Keepthe bar clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping, removing used glassware, scrubbing coolers and storage areas
• Cleanand organizeliquor locker,, beer storage area, wine storage and dry goods area
• Dispose ofgarbage & recycling receptacles throughout the shift.
• Secure and store incoming beer, wine and liquor inventory.
• Tend to accidental occurrences such as cleaning broken glass, clogged drains and spills promptly throughout the bar areas of service.
• Relay information to / from the kitchen, security, bar staff promptly
• Assist kitchen ftaff, as needed, including but not limited to operational duties and expediting food orders to patrons.
• Assist in additional task(s) as assigned by manager on duty.
