- You must be 21+ to enter, with proper ID!
- Door closes at 1:25am, No re-entry after 1:45am
- No weapons! Including any items security deem to be a potential harm to others.
- No large bags or purses

- Valid State Issued Drivers License or Photo ID
- Valid United States Armed Forces ID
- Valid Passport or Travel Visa
Door Admission
Door Admission are subject to change depending on the event schedule, without notice. No Refunds or Transfers.
$2 Box Office Service Fee may apply per person.
No refunds or transfers on admission charges.
Reservations
Depending on the event, we accept section reservations via Eventbrite at LevelUpPHL.Evenrbrite.com. Each sections comes with admission for 3 people, and can sit 3 people comfortably. Any additional guests will need to reserve a separate section or pay the event cover charge for entry.
As a reminder, unless otherwise specified on Eventbrite, you have until 10:30pm to arrive for your section reservation. After 10:30pm, your reservation will be forfeited without any refunds.
We apologize for any inconvenience, we do not accept reservations or ticket inquiries over the phone. If you should have any additional questions and/or concerns, please email BoxOffice@LevelUPPHL.com.
Coat Check
Coat Check is available during Box Office hours. Jackets/Coats are $4 and Bag/Backpacks are $6. We are not responsible for content of garments or for any items left overnight. All checked garments must be claimed by the next business days.
